1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AthrTour ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use AthrTour for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in AthrTour
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Ensure your account is not used by anyone else

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload or transmit any harmful code, malware, or viruses
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems
  • Collect or harvest any personal data of other users

5. User Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (such as photos, submissions, and progress records). By submitting content, you grant AthrTour a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are solely responsible for any content you upload. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of AthrTour — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by AthrTour and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without prior written consent.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of AthrTour may require payment or an active subscription. All payments are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Refunds are subject to the respective store's refund policy. You may cancel a subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

AthrTour shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of — or inability to use — the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Amman, Jordan.
