7. Location Data

We may collect your approximate or precise location (GPS-level) depending on the feature you are using:

  • Approximate location is used for general tour discovery and recommendations
  • Precise location (GPS) is used for navigation within tours and location-based quest validation

Location data is used solely to provide location-based tour and navigation features. You can disable location access at any time through your device settings. Disabling location may limit certain App features.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, unless we are required to retain certain data by law (e.g., for tax or fraud prevention purposes).

9. Children's Privacy

AthrTour is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
